Rough translation:
A group of university kids from America rolled up their sleeves and lent a helping hand to Taiwan’s post-disaster recovery. You wouldn’t know this used to be the most visited street in Qi Shan town. Relief efforts know no borders, with even foreigners in Taiwan joining the effort. Some American students came here and immediately pitched in and helped residents clean up the mud from inside their homes and throw out garbage piece-by-piece. For them, it was a scene of never-before-seen devastation.
